Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your outdoor apparel in its original packaging.

Ship the Gear

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind during transit.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
